We will then service your processor, change parts if necessary and make sure your machine is running as efficiently and smoothly as when you first received it.

Failure to service your processor will affect image quality and prejudice the long-term working life of your machine.
As the Manufacturer, we fully support all Velopex Equipment with our own technical personnel. They have the support of the Velopex company in all servicing and repair work, and will advise on best practice in cleaning and maintaining your equipment.
Once your machine has been serviced by our Velopex Technician, he will provide you with a Velopex Service Certificate confirming that your processor has been serviced and tested and meets the high standards set at its manufacture.
IMPORTANT:
For your security our Technicians are covered by our Comprehensive Insurance when working on Velopex products in your surgery. Work carried out and parts fitted by service personnel not directly employed by us will invalidate our liability cover for your Velopex product.
All our Technicians are qualified to advise and provide information on any Velopex diagnostic or treatment product – and demonstrate if required.
