When In Area offer which will not only save you money now on our normal call-out service charges, but prevent problems and higher bills in the future. The cost of a When In Area service visit from a highly qualified Velopex technician is £136.00 + VAT. Time on site after the first hour is chargeable at the normal rate, parts and consumables are extra. We have a number of ‘value for money’ Trade-In promotions running to enable you to replace your existing processor (regardless of the make) with the latest Velopex processor – or a Velopex Digital system. These promotions include the removal of existing equipment (of whatever make) compliant under the WEEE Directive. We are happy to help you upgrade to the latest Velopex technology.

Freedom Contract – If all you want to do with your processor is post films and get radiographs, then the Freedom Contract is for you. A Velopex Technician will set the unit up with fresh chemistry (with 10 litre tanks fitted below) and will return to clean the unit and change the chemistry every 10-12 weeks. All chemistry is included as is the removal of chemical waste. This contract covers 12 Months.
